The Incanto line from Vietri is glazed to a creamy white, and made of terra marrone - a clay traditionally used in Italian sculpture and church art. These pieces were created by an Italian designer who, according to Vietri, "studied his family dinnerware heirlooms of many generations and the best art and architecture of his famous country." Each piece of Vietri Incanto has a different design, but they are all complementary, and all have that genteel unevenness that can only come from truly handmade dinnerware. Vietri employs artistic and uniquely Italian touches in this line - touches such as DeMedeci dots, baroque curves, lace, heraldic emblems, pomegranates, lemons, wildflowers, olive branches, and deep stripes.
